目的 比较畲族和汉族成人头影测量标准值的差别,为临床正畸治疗错牙合畸形提供依据。方法 按照准入标准选择浙江丽水地区汉族和畲族成人正常牙合各40 例,均拍摄头颅X线侧位片,采用北京大学口腔医院头影测量分析法进行测量分析。结果 测量结果显示,畲族成人的面角、上下中切牙夹角、Y 轴角以及下颌平面角(MP-FH)和上中切牙突距均较汉族显著增加(P<0.05 或0.01),而颌凸角及下中切牙突距显著减小(P<0.01);畲族女性成人下颌平面角(MP-SN)和面角均较男性成人显著增加(P<0.05),其他测量指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 畲族成人较汉族相对是长面型,垂直生长型较多。而畲族男女比较,女性长面型较男性更明显。 相似文献

The aim of this paper is to present a new classification and regression algorithm based on Artificial Intelligence. The main feature of this algorithm, which will be called Code2Vect, is the nature of the data to treat: qualitative or quantitative and continuous or discrete. Contrary to other artificial intelligence techniques based on the “Big-Data,” this new approach will enable working with a reduced amount of data, within the so-called “Smart Data” paradigm. Moreover, the main purpose of this algorithm is to enable the representation of high-dimensional data and more specifically grouping and visualizing this data according to a given target. For that purpose, the data will be projected into a vectorial space equipped with an appropriate metric, able to group data according to their affinity (with respect to a given output of interest). Furthermore, another application of this algorithm lies on its prediction capability. As it occurs with most common data-mining techniques such as regression trees, by giving an input the output will be inferred, in this case considering the nature of the data formerly described. Carotenoids are an essential component of cashew and can be used in pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, natural pigment, food additives, among other applications. The present work focuses on optimizing and comparing conventional and ultrasound-assisted extraction methods. Every optimization step took place with a 1:1 (w:w) mixture of yellow and red cashew apples lyophilized and ground in a cryogenic mill. A Simplex-centroid design was applied for both methods, and the solvents acetone, methanol, ethanol, and petroleum ether were evaluated. After choosing the extractor solvent, a central composite design was applied to optimize the sample mass (59–201 mg) and extraction time (6–34 min). The optimum conditions for the extractor solvent were 38% acetone, 30% ethanol, and 32% petroleum ether for CE and a mixture of 44% acetone and 56% methanol for UAE. The best experimental conditions for UAE were a sonication time of 19 min and a sample mass of 153 mg, while the CE was 23 min and 136 mg. Comparing red and yellow cashews, red cashews showed a higher carotenoid content in both methodologies. The UAE methodology was ca. 21% faster, presented a more straightforward composition of extracting solution, showed an average yield of superior carotenoid content in all samples compared to CE. Therefore, UAE has demonstrated a simple, efficient, fast, low-cost adjustment methodology and a reliable alternative for other applications involving these bioactive compounds in the studied or similar matrix. 相似文献

Dendrobium nobile alkaloids (DNLA) and glycosides are the main active components extracted from Dendrobium nobile Lindl. (D. nobile) used for thousands of years in China. The pharmacological effects of the above chemical components are significantly different. D. nobile is mainly grown at an altitude ranging from 230 to 800 m in Chishui City, Northwest Guizhou Province. However, it is unclear whether the metabolite in D. nobile is influenced by the planting altitude. Hence, to reveal the different metabolite in D. nobile cultivated at the altitude of 336 m, 528 m, and 692 m, ultra-high performance liquid chromatography with Q/TOF-MS couple with multivariate analysis were developed. Using the orthogonal partial least squares-discriminant analysis, 19 different metabolites were discovered and then tentatively assigned their structures as alkaloids and glycosides by comparing mass spectrometry data with in-house database and literature. Moreover, the result of semiquantitative analysis showed the content of dendrobine that was belonged to alkaloids significantly increased at the altitude of 692 m, whereas the content of glycosides demonstrated an accumulation trend at the altitude of 528 m. The results could provide valuable information for the optimal clinical drug therapeutics and provide a reference for quality control. 相似文献

Most developed countries support farming activities through policies that are tailored to meet their specific social, economic and environmental objectives. Economic and environmental efficiency have recently become relevant targets of most of these policies, whose sound implementation can be enhanced by monitoring farm performance from a multidimensional perspective. This paper proposes farm-level technical and environmental efficiency measures that recognize the stochastic conditions in which production takes place. A state-contingent framework is used to model production uncertainty. An implementable representation of the technology is developed using data envelopment analysis. The application focuses on a sample of Catalan arable crop farms. Results suggest that technical efficiency is slightly lower in bad than in good growing conditions. Nitrogen pollution can decrease substantially more under good than bad growing conditions. 相似文献

Applications of traditional data envelopments analysis (DEA) models require knowledge of crisp input and output data. However, the real-world problems often deal with imprecise or ambiguous data. In this paper, the problem of considering uncertainty in the equality constraints is analyzed and by using the equivalent form of CCR model, a suitable robust DEA model is derived in order to analyze the efficiency of decision-making units (DMUs) under the assumption of uncertainty in both input and output spaces. The new model based on the robust optimization approach is suggested. Using the proposed model, it is possible to evaluate the efficiency of the DMUs in the presence of uncertainty in a fewer steps compared to other models. In addition, using the new proposed robust DEA model and envelopment form of CCR model, two linear robust super-efficiency models for complete ranking of DMUs are proposed. Two different case studies of different contexts are taken as numerical examples in order to compare the proposed model with other approaches.
